7. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers, including Viva Wallet. By making a payment, you agree:

  • Suspicious transactions may be declined or cancelled.

Supported payment methods may include credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds are processed as per our refund policy.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery available across eligible locations in India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates.
  • Risk transfers upon delivery.

Customers should inspect packages before accepting.

10. Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns within 30 days of delivery must meet:

  • Unused condition
  • Original packaging
  • All accessories included

Non-returnable items: opened software, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earbuds), customised products.

Refund Policy: refunds processed within 5–10 business days, credited to the original payment method. Timelines may vary by bank/payment provider.

If payment is deducted but fails, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Contact support if delayed.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to investigate disputed payments and suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

All content on WHITETEAKLLC is owned or licensed by Whiteteak LLC and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Sharjah Media City Free Zone and the UAE. Disputes fall under the competent jurisdiction of Sharjah, UAE. Parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation.
