Non-returnable items: opened software, hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earbuds), customised products.

Refund Policy: refunds processed within 5โ€“10 business days, credited to the original payment method. Timelines may vary by bank/payment provider.

If payment is deducted but fails, the refund is processed within 5โ€“7 business days. Contact support if delayed.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Sharjah, UAE. Parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation.
